Bitcoin Corrects 1%+, Altcoins Mixed
Bitcoin is still struggling to hold above $70,000 and in the European session on Tuesday (February 10th), it remained below that psychological level. The latest movement shows BTC around $69,217, down -1.03% today, after fluctuating within an intraday range of $68,371–$71,029.
The crypto market's mood remains somewhat reserved as market participants remain cautious ahead of a series of important US data (employment and inflation) that typically drive the dollar and interest rate expectations—two factors that often make speculative assets like Bitcoin volatile.
In altcoins, movement was mixed: Ethereum weakened to around $2,021.58 (-1.48%), with a range of $1,998.55–$2,141.22. Meanwhile, XRP was slightly in the green at $1.43 (+1.42%). Solana also rose slightly to $84.86 (+0.28%).
Among other tokens, Cardano was at $0.265052 (-0.69%) and Dogecoin was at $0.093911 (-0.57%). POL (ex-MATIC) fell to $0.093031 (-1.19%).
