Hang Seng Index Falls 1.3%; Xiaomi Leads Decline
The Hang Seng Index fell for the second day, dropping 1.3%, or 356.48 to 26,128.20 in Hong Kong. The move was the biggest since falling 1.4% on Sept. 18.
Xiaomi Corp. contributed the most to the index decline and had the largest move, decreasing 8.1%.
Today, 55 of 88 shares fell, while 30 rose; 2 of 4 sectors were lower, led by commerce and industry stocks.
